Hey everyone!
This is my first blog. Yay! I hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Years. I can't believe it's 2008 already. Where did the time go? I sure have no idea.
Everyone in my family is doing wonderful. My parents are doing great. My dad (Big Mo) has a wedding show this weekend in Portland. My beautiful mother will be accompanying him. So, that should be fun for them both. I get the weekend to myself, but of course Sienna will be with me. ;)
I start my clinical internship Monday at Acadia Hospital here in Bangor. I will be working on the Consult Service team. Basically whenever a person is brought in to the ER, we will be doing a psychiatric evaluation on that individual. Then once we do the extensive intake, we'll meet and decide where to refer them for help and what plan of action will be necessary for them. So....good times ahead! Right?!!? Yeah, I'm a bit nervous. I will be graduating once I finish up everything in August. My internship is 900 hours, plus I need two more courses in addition. I'll be taking one this semester and one in the summer. Busy, busy, I will be!
